Ground Floor
There is a large living / dining room with oak floor, fireplace and wood-burner with french doors giving views across the valley to the birch copse. There is free-sat TV and DVD player.
The large two storey kitchen has a range cooker with a gas hob, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven.
There is a large hallway with a spiral staircase leading to the loft. Off the hall are two bedrooms, one twin and one with a triple sleeper bunk (double bed on the bottom). There is also a large shower room off the hall.
There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.
First floor
Accessed via stairs from the kitchen is a large master bedroom with super-king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom also has a sitting area with free-sat TV, sofa and wood-burning fire.
From the hall a spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine loft, which has three futon chair/beds, free-sat TV with a Wii gaming station.
Outside
There are two patio areas; the lower one has a dining area with table, chairs, sunshade and barbecue. This borders a large lawned area with open views across the valley and down to the wildlife pond. The upper patio has a hot-tub, again with lovely views across to the valley.
There is also a more secluded raised patio area for sunbathing and relaxing.
Visitors also have access to a table tennis room and separate pool room.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airer.

Free wi-fi connection throughout the cottage.
The cottage is on mains electricity. The water supply is from our own borehole, which is UV filtered and quality tested regularly.
There is ample parking beside the cottage.
